Child Safety Standards

Cherry Blossom Development is committed to maintaining a safe environment in the Prosaurus app for all users. This page describes our child safety standards, our in-app reporting mechanisms, our point of contact for child safety concerns, and our policy for handling child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

Prosaurus is a social productivity platform that allows users to communicate via real-time messaging, share content, and manage community spaces. We take seriously our responsibility to prevent the exploitation or abuse of minors on our platform.

Prosaurus strictly prohibits all content that sexually exploits or endangers children, including but not limited to:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind
• Content that sexualizes minors in any way
• Content that facilitates grooming, trafficking, or exploitation of minors
• Attempts to solicit or distribute CSAM

Any user found to be generating, sharing, soliciting, or distributing content that violates these standards will have their account permanently terminated. We cooperate fully with law enforcement and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) in investigations involving child exploitation.

Prosaurus provides an in-app reporting mechanism that allows any user to flag content or accounts they believe violate our child safety standards or any other community guidelines.

How to Report on Android

To report a chat message in the Prosaurus Android app:

• Open the chat room containing the message you wish to report
• Long-press the message to open the message options menu
• Tap Report
• Optionally provide additional context in the reason field
• Tap Submit to send the report to our moderation team

Reported content is immediately queued for review by our moderation team. Accounts found to have shared content that violates our child safety standards are permanently suspended and, where required by law, reported to the appropriate authorities.

Cherry Blossom Development has a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

Detection and Removal

When CSAM is identified on the Prosaurus platform — whether through user reports, moderation review, or automated detection — the following steps are taken immediately:

• The content is immediately removed from the platform and made inaccessible to all users
• The account responsible for posting or sharing the content is permanently suspended
• The content and associated account information are preserved for law enforcement purposes
• A report is filed with the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via the CyberTipline, as required under 18 U.S.C. § 2258A
• We cooperate fully with any resulting law enforcement investigation

Preservation of Evidence

Consistent with applicable law, Cherry Blossom Development preserves reported CSAM and related user account data for the period required by law and/or pending law enforcement requests, and does not delete this information in a way that would impede an investigation.

No Safe Harbor for CSAM

There are no exceptions to this policy. CSAM will never be permitted on the Prosaurus platform under any circumstance, including artistic, educational, or any other claimed justification.

Cherry Blossom Development complies with all applicable laws regarding child safety and the protection of minors online, including:

• The PROTECT Our Children Act (18 U.S.C. § 2258A) — mandatory reporting of CSAM to NCMEC
• COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) — we do not knowingly collect data from users under 13
• Google Play Developer Program Policies regarding child safety
